New Patients: Trivita Health Center 

Patient appointment hours are available Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday's. The provider (Dr. Aaron Newman) sees children, adolescents and adults ages 5 and up exclusively by telehealth. Through this platform, it allows our patients the best access to care without interrupting their busy days, having to arrange time off work, or for childcare. It also protects your privacy, as it allows patients to be seen discretely without sitting in a waiting room. Your first appointment is 60 minutes for review of information and treatment planning where follow-up appointments are generally 30 minutes to allow for medication management, psychotherapy and integrative care. Most patients will continue care weekly, biweekly, or monthly, to monitor treatment goals and progress. 

Becoming a New Patient: 

For your first appointment, please reach out by phone, text or email and provide your full name, date of birth, best email, and state you reside in, so we can load you in our patient portal system; CHARM. Once you complete this step, you'll receive an email with a patient registration link from CHARM. (This may take 24 hours) Please register and login to make a "new patient appointment" and complete the "questionnaires," preferably 1 week in advance of your appointment. Once a patient, this patient portal is conveniently used for appointment scheduling, video appointments, and to view recommendations made by your provider.

While waiting for your appointment, if your symptoms worsen, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency center for immediate support. We look forward to working with you!


After an appointment is made, look out for appointment reminders and familiarize yourself with the CHARM patient portal. At the time of your appointment, you'll have to be logged in through Zoom, either by computer or phone app and then enter the chat room. The appointment link can be accessed through the Charm patient portal. If you have any questions, feel free to email, text or call our clinic so we can further assist you. 

Types of Appointment: 

We have 3 ways you can access care with our clinic. The first and most straightforward is individual appointments with your provider (Dr. Newman), which may or may not be covered by insurance. 

The second way to learn and restore your health is through our self-paced online "group" programs. These are turn-key programs with health content, handouts, recipes, shopping lists and more. These online programs allow for collaboration in a group setting with Dr. Newman. Please ask about our private facebook group for program members where you can ask questions and interact with Dr. Newman. 


Thirdly, we have our guided Lifestyle wellness programs that offer appointments with Dr. Newman and much more. Generally, these programs are for dedicated patients that want a coaching plan, partnership and curriculum that is customized for their healthcare needs.
